YOUR TASKS
Elaboration of shipping instructions relevant to the contract
Quantity calculation / capacity planning (required loading space) according to drawings and loading lists
Tendering of transports and negotiation of transport prices
Planning and ordering of trucks and oversize transports incl. all permits and authorisations
Handling of land, sea & air freight and special transports
Conducting shipping kick-off meetings
Sales calculations / freight and packaging costs for projects
Processing of customs clearances / export declarations
your profile
Completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
at least 5 years of professional experience
Good knowledge of common ERP systems and high IT affinity
Excellent ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Business fluent in German and English
Independent, structured and systematic way of working as well as organizational skills
