In addition to basic investigations, we determine for our customers the most advantageous process engineering plant design and the expected additive consumption in compliance with the required residual pollutant gas content in the clean gas in series of measurements over several days in accordance with the respective task in relation to dry temperature, dew point, HCl and SO content.
In addition, demonstration filters in various sizes are available for on-site use. These filters are operated in automatic mode around the clock. Important measurement data are continuously measured and recorded and evaluated by modern recording systems. Due to a multitude of practical experiences, an implementation of the obtained test results on the design of a large-scale plant is secured and possible without restrictions.
Measurements and test series for fundamental investigations or optimisation measures on large-scale plants complement our activities in the R&D field. In addition to measures to optimise operating costs, e.g. with regard to energy consumption or the use of additives, the focus here is often on comparative studies of different needle felt qualities. It is possible to measure individual flat tubes comparatively with regard to throughput performance over a longer period of time. Further investigations can then be carried out in our flat hose test laboratory after the test bags have been removed.
We carry out R&D investigations for our customers on a task-related basis as well as within the scope of fundamental investigations for our own further developments.
