YOUR TASKS
First- and second-level support
Design and implementation of new IT systems and infrastructure
Planning and implementation of new processes
Active support in implementing the company's IT strategy
Configuration and optimisation of existing systems
Maintenance of our servers, applications, and databases
Network management (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
Installation of hardware and software
Troubleshooting IT system Issues
your profile
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist specialising in system integration, or several years of professional experience in IT
Knowledge of common systems (including MS Windows, MS Office 365, VMware)
Experience with ERP software, ideally proALPHA
A friendly demeanor, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
