YOUR TASKS
Independent further development of the service area of LUEHR FILTER GmbH
Acquisition of new service projects
Employee acquisition and ongoing employee training (incl. training courses etc.)
Development of individual service concepts
Planning and organization of shutdowns in coordination with the customer
Evaluation of service reports with regard to further service and spare parts potential
System optimization on site and remotely
Preparation of training documents and implementation of training courses for new construction projects and direct submission of possible service concepts
your profile
Completed technical training (e.g. process engineering, environmental engineering or similar), ideally further training as a technician / industrial foreman or a degree
Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong hands-on mentality
Organizational skills and the ability to cooperate, communicate and work in a team
First experience in employee management an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills
Advanced working knowlegde in MS-Office applications
Willingness to travel at home and abroad (up to 5 days/week)
