YOUR TASKS
Creating assembly documentation and coordinating and ordering services
Independent processing of contractual specifications in relation to assembly activities
Personnel planning and deployment
Interface between construction site and project management
Assembly sequence planning and organisation of construction site facilities in coordination with the site managers
Organisation of further training measures and training courses for assembly employees
Preparation of quotations, orders and obtaining and following up on supplier quotations
Schedule coordination with all departments
Assumption of substitution activities within the assembly department
your profile
Completed technical training with a strong commercial understanding
Professional experience in the above fields desirable
Good knowledge in the use of MS-Office
Basic knowledge of Autodesk Vault and ERP desirable
Good knowledge of the written and spoken German and English language
Independent, structured and systematic way of working as well as organisational skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
