YOUR TASKS
Scheduling of upcoming inspections and maintenance
Personnel planning and deployment
Independent preparation of inspection and maintenance offers, partly in cooperation with the service field service
Coordination and ordering of services
Control and adjustment of inspection contract prices
Preparation of quarterly and annual overviews
Assumption of substitute activities in the area of commissioning
your profile
Completed commercial training
Professional experience in the service department or the above areas of responsibility
Good knowledge of MS-Office, proALPHA
Good knowledge of the written and spoken German and English language
Independent, structured and systematic way of working as well as organisational skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
