YOUR TASKS
Primarily responsible for the creation and further development of integrated corporate planning (including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, as well as credit limit planning) in Vena
Development of content-based and quantitative quality assurance processes for cross-departmental corporate data
Independently conducting target/actual variance analyses, including the derivation of results (such as identifying causes, defining corrective actions, and measuring effectiveness)
Management and assessment (liquidity; profitability) of opportunities and risks in multi-year project business (e.g., changes in scope of work/claims, schedule and cost risks)
Active development of the accounting department (including process automation, chart of accounts, and cost center accounting)
Support in Sales and Production Controlling
Financial support for the future PMO office
Claims Management Support
your profile
At least 5 years of experience in controlling (ideally in project-based business) or management consulting with a focus on finance
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
Extensive experience in financial modeling for projects
Knowledge of profit center accounting, sales and production controlling
Extensive knowledge of accounting, tax law, and financial regulations
Strong aptitude for IT, data, and technology: experience with FP&A tools (ideally Vena), as well as excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/BI systems
An entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic, and assertive leader; confident in collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
Business-level English proficiency
