YOUR TASKS
Technical and organisational management and leadership of the warehouse and motivation of the warehouse team
Scheduling and distribution of tasks to employees, including planning of required training courses
Ensuring the smooth processing of incoming and outgoing goods
Responsibility for picking, packing, shipping and stock control
Timely processing and prioritisation of orders
Control and optimisation of work processes and compliance with safety and quality standards
Fulfilling customer requirements and ensuring a high level of service
Planning and carrying out stocktaking and ongoing inventory monitoring
Close cooperation with the purchasing, production and shipping departments
your profile
Completed training in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
Several years of demonstrable professional and management experience in the warehouse and logistics sector as well as experience in the management of operational processes
Knowledge in the use of merchandise management systems (e.g. proALPHA, SAP)
Advanced user knowledge of MS Office
Organizational skills, assertiveness and an independent, structured way of working
Team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality
