YOUR TASKS
Reporting to the "Sales & Marketing" management
Support of the technical sales department in contract-relevant aspects within the framework of quotation projects
Holistic consideration and support of the contracts relating to our plant construction projects
Establishment of the "Contract Review" department as a new part of sales
(Pre-) Examination of contracts (mainly contracts for work and non-disclosure agreements in German or English) and correction of the same, e.g. on the basis of internal company specifications and, if necessary, coordination of an extended audit together with specialized lawyers
Negotiation of contract corrections with our prospects and customers together or in coordination with the "Sales & Marketing" management
Support of various business units in contract issues
your profile
Technician or engineer with further legal training, lawyer with technical affinity, patent attorney, paralegal or patent attorney or similar.
They occupy the interface between technology and legal topics, with a focus on the legal field.
Interests in large-scale plant construction projects
Experience with the structures and constructs of plant construction contracts (at best contracts for work and services)
Reliable way of working, analytical and conceptual strength
Reliable and structured way of working, quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual strength
Fluent in German and English with a high degree of verbal precision
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and especially Word)
Experience in negotiating contracts would be an advantage
